From having a passion for experiencing the finest things in life to designing the finest experiences for the affluent, Jakkapan, the CEO of World Reward Solutions Co., Ltd., draw his life-long ardor to establish his latest masterpiece, The Silver Voyage Club, Asia’s luxury concierge provider aims to offer one-stop service solutions for global corporations.

He kick-started his career path in 2007 as a global concierge agent at Quintessentially, primarily serviced top CEOs and celebrities in Thailand. Some of the major tasks include sourcing for top-notch rare items, from limited edition LV trunks to exceptional one-piece jewelries, organized extraordinary events complete with hard-to-book fine dining experiences for the HNWIs. From there, he picked up the right expertise and moved to several loyalty program and concierge companies internationally. 

With his utmost passion in the hospitality industry, long years of experience in global concierge and keen interest in the era of digital transformation, he successfully established World Reward Solutions in 2018, a technology based concierge solutions platform with its flagship program The Silver Voyage Club, designed to elevate concierge service to the next level of luxury with the innovation of digital personalization.

Launched in June 2019, the Club offers superb corporate privilege platform and innovative digital concierge solutions. White Glove Delivery 

Launched under Silver Voyage Club brand during the COVID-19 crisis in March 20202, Jakkapan decided to adjust business strategy and released a new service – a premium food delivery ‘White Glove Delivery’ – not only to strengthen up business to meet the needs of rapidly-changed daily lives during the pandemic and to support a government statement “stay home to stop the spread of COVID-19 for the sake of nation”, but to also support his main business partners, 5-star hotels and famous restaurants, that had a halt of business caused by an outbreak of the novel coronavirus. This is for holding hearts not hands and to fight through this together. 

No one should be left behind.

By operating the White Glove Delivery services, the company donates a part of the profit to the Food for Fighters, a social crowdfunding charity campaign, as well as provides his fleets to support the Food for Fighters to deliver food to medical teams and less fortunate people in Bangkok and other provinces all over Thailand who are affected by the spread of COVID-19.
